• The Extended Warranty is optional.
• The fee for the Extended Warranty will be clearly disclosed and published at the time of the device purchase or at the time the Extended Warranty is offered. • The Extended Warranty may be purchased at the time of device purchase or at any time within the first thirty days (30) after the Start Date
• Once an Extended Warranty is purchased, the fee for that term is fixed and will not change during that Extended Warranty term.

If the Extended Warranty is purchased at the time of sale of an RCT device, ReGen will provide one (1) additional shockhead per year, at no extra charge, for each year the Extended Warranty remains in effect. • A reasonable transfer and inspection fee may apply and will be disclosed in advance.
